Toward a more Humane Working Life Through Entrepreneurship? Sprint Partner Kasvussa Oy’s story
Kasvussa Oy’s mission is to build a more humane work culture, especially through dialogue. Discover founder Noora Hyttinen’s story and learn why partnering with the Sprint Innovation Festival holds special meaning for them!
My journey to entrepreneurship
I first became interested in entrepreneurship while working as a dance instructor. Having my own business allowed me to leverage my skills and see the tangible impact of my work. The freedom and responsibility that came with entrepreneurship were captivating, and joining TAMK’s Proakatemia further deepened my interest. However, through my studies there, I learned a vital lesson: I don’t want to go it alone. Collaboration has a unique power, making the work not only more impactful but also more meaningful.
My varied experience across fields and roles exposed me to the pain points of today’s work life and how unsustainable it can often be.
These experiences and insights deepened during my studies, fueling my desire to make a difference. Encounters and dialogue emerged as key themes; I saw in them a potential I wanted to develop. During a team coaching program, I met my current business partner, Jussi. We shared a frustration with work life’s challenges and a common passion for coaching and dialogue—and from this collaboration, Kasvussa Oy was born.
The best part of an entrepreneur’s daily life is the opportunity to work in alignment with my core values. Knowing that my work can support organizations and individuals brings strength and deep meaning to my everyday life.

Kasvussa Oy’s mission
Kasvussa Oy helps organizations build a culture that thrives on dialogue. We believe that companies and people grow together through interaction and learning.
Our mission is to create a sustainable and humane Finnish work culture—one that fosters genuine connections and gives space for dialogue. Kasvussa and Sprint Innovation Festival – A Shared Journey Towards the Future of Work
We originally joined the Sprint Innovation Festival because we were inspired by the students’ engagement with current societal and work life challenges.
During Sprint in 2024, we reinforced our belief that we want to support students in bringing fresh perspectives and new ways of working into the world of work. The conversations and feedback we received during Sprint also gave us the opportunity to recognize our company’s strengths and see our work from new angles.
We want to inspire students with confidence for the future: it’s possible to create a path that reflects one’s own values. Collaboration and curiosity are powerful resources, and we aim to deepen their understanding of the importance of dialogue. While the future may sometimes feel uncertain or transitioning into work life may be intimidating, we want to inspire them to work towards shared goals now and in the future.
We want to inspire students with confidence for the future: it’s possible to create a path that reflects one’s own values.
In the upcoming Sprint, we look forward to students diving courageously into the given themes and coming up with even more innovative solutions. It’s exciting to see how future experts embark on the journey of development together, as strangers to one another. Each Sprint offers us an opportunity to learn something new and discover fresh perspectives on our own work—together, we are building the foundation for a more sustainable and humane work life.
