Travel to Germany in May 2025? Apply to the “Personal Green Skills” Program!
We’re looking for five TAMK Bachelor students to join an exciting EU program in Germany focused on developing personal green skills and sustainability expertise.
Dear Students, as part of the EU project “Personal Green Skills in Higher Education” (PeGSinHE), we invite Bachelor students from Lithuania, Finland, Austria, Germany and Spain to a unique educational experience at the Technical University of Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) in Germany.
This blended-intensive program (BIP) aims to develop sustainability and intercultural skills in a highly interactive and innovative format. The course is aimed at students who are motivated to learn, explore new perspectives and engage with global sustainability challenges. Participants who successfully complete the program will be awarded 3 ECTS, recognizing their active involvement and learning achievements.

- No prior knowledge required: the course is accessible to all students, regardless of their prior knowledge of sustainability or climate change.
- Fully funded: Travel costs (flights, trains), accommodation and meals are fully covered for international students coming to Germany.
Highlights and timetable for this course
- Interdisciplinary learning: The program combines key scientific concepts of climate change with practical application, reflection on one’s own behavior and solution-oriented discussions.
- Interactive and engaging: Expect lively discussions, group activities and hands-on projects that will encourage you to rethink sustainability from different angles.
- Social and cultural program: Look forward to excursions to historically and culturally significant cities in Germany, Bavaria such as Würzburg and Nuremberg, which will give you the opportunity to deepen your contacts with other participants outside the teaching class.

19th until 23rd of May 2025: Face-to-face sessions at THWS, Germany:
- 19. May: Unit 1 (interactive session)
- 20. May: Unit 2
- 21. May: Unit 3
- 22. May: Unit 4
- 23. May: Unit 5 (final presentation)
